Fantastic location within easy walking distance of Kings Cross, St. Pancras and Euston stations. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, both at the front desk and in the GA restaurant. The restaurant serves a huge breakfast buffet but it is very expensive at GBP25 per person. They also have another breakfast menu for much lighter fare, but you have to ask for it; they keep it out of sight. Our room had a great view and was very quiet because it did not face Euston Road. It was also well equipped with toiletries, tea, coffee etc. But it was appallingly badly designed. There was no drawer space whatsoever and there was no chair – only a padded bench that was supposed to act as a chair when using the desk. But you could not move it far enough out to sit at because it ran up against the fixed bedside table. You had to use it on a slant. Also, the bedside electric plugs were almost impossible to use because they were too close to the bed. Using a UK appliance might be okay, but using a converter plug was nearly impossible – not enough room. Lots of plugs over the desk so they could be used with an extension cord. Finally, the shower technology requires a Ph.D. to figure out. There are very simple showers that work perfectly. Why so complicated (and no instructions for use)? The cooling system was also very complicated to use. The safe, on the other hand worked perfectly with the simplest of mechanisms. The free Wi-Fi also worked very well. In spite of room issues, I would recommend this hotel for convenience and great staff as well as the lobby and restaurant ambience.

The rooms were nice and spacious. We were glad to get an upgrade. The restaurant and bar has got an amazing vibes. We have been staying there a couple of times and would like to go back again.

Great location. Underground both directions, 1 block from Eurostar, buses, lots of restaurants, pubs and bars all around. Good size room and bathroom. Good helpful and friendly staff. Terrific breakfast each morning and we ate a couple of dinners as well - great food. But miscommunication between hotel and breakfast staff that never got updated and required long wait and explanations each morning. Our visit coincided with warm days and the rooms were hot. Couldn't sleep. No AC. Not all rooms allowed opening windows. Changed room to shaded side of building and opening window - better but not great. Good hot water and decent pressure in the shower.

Nice hotel, handy for the Eurostar

I stayed here for one night as I needed to catch a Eurostar the next morning, and as it was a day with industrial action disrupting the railway network, I didn't want to risk travelling into London the same morning. It serves that purpose very nicely indeed. It's only about a 5 minute walk from St Pancras Station for the Eurostar (or for various local trains as well). I had originally thought I might stay at the Premier Inn as it would have been cheaper and I wasn't spending much time there (not that there's anything wrong with Premier Inns as a rule, but there is definitely a more luxury feel at the Pullman), but when I compared the prices in fact I found the Pullman was only marginally more expensive. My room was lovely and a very generous size, though I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a junior suite, so I don't know what size the standard rooms are. But apart from the size, it was also well designed. The bathroom was nice, there was plenty of space to put your kit away, and there were electrical sockets and USB sockets by each side of the bed. There was an extensive breakfast buffet, with a proper cooked breakfast (bacon, sausages, eggs, etc, and even vegetarian sausages if you enjoy a cooked breakfast but bacon and sausages aren't really your thing) as well as a nice cold buffet. Staff were all very friendly as well. Really no complaints. Highly recommended if you're getting an early morning Eurostar (or arriving in London by Eurostar), and it's actually central enough in London that you might want to stay here just because you want to be in central London.

Hotel perfectly located for St Pancras and Euston. Exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable. Room was spacious and furnished with modern decor. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Breakfast was about the best I’ve had in similarly priced hotels in London, wonderful variety and quality.
